In 2016, the handbook was first made available as a printed booklet. Member publishers, scholarly societies, and graduate schools found this format a valuable handout at conferences, publishing seminars, and book exhibits. The Association commissioned the production of print-ready files of the 2022 Handbook to facilitate such in-person distribution of the new edition. Set up as a 5.5 x 8.5 staple-bound booklet, Handbook files may be downloaded here by member publishers, nonprofit organizations, and institutions of higher learning, and sent to a POD service or online digital printer to print in any quantity for free distribution to scholars, students, and researchers. Please feel free to add your organization’s logo and name to the back or interior covers before printing, or leave as is.
